Of course many factors affect this including permitting, site development, supply chain, and other un-foreseen issues. This is a very difficult question to answer and you might see that more builders are going away from a set price. This is because of recent supply chain issues and inflation have caused great fluctuation in all building materials and labor. All your personal preferences in home style and the types of materials used greatly affect the price as well. With all that said, we feel confident we can deliver a quality home as low as $200 per sq ft and we will work with your plan and what materials you have in mind to give an estimate before starting.

We use a cost plus fee structure. This means the fee is an agreed upon percentage of the bills each month, and not a flat fee. That means no hidden bills or expenses if you want to make changes or upgrades along the way. You will receive a copy of all of the invoices every month that way you are in the loop.

Simply put: a custom homes ensure you are getting exactly what you want. We work with you to get the exact floor plan you want. We can add unique features you’ve seen on TV or pinterest like a hidden pantry, a theater room, dog washing station, or full wet bar. If you can dream it, we can build it. You may be able to save some money with a semi-custom build but you will be limited in what floor plans you can choose from and what finishes are available.
